Study of Mass Customizations Application in Firms and the Relevant Management Innovation
The paper will explore the management innovations of firm aroused by the transition to Mass Customization, which is considered as the promising business strategy in the near future. Based on the analysis for the emerging background and the system characteristics of Mass Customization, the paper analysis the key success factors for Mass Customization, which could be seen as a schema of the systemic innovation for firms strategic transition to Mass Customization. It includes three parts and trends of management innovation: Marketing Innovation; Operation Management and R & D Management innovation
