Management Capability of Enterprise Group Driven by the Information Systems
Management capability (MC) of enterprise group (EG) is the core of strategic execution, balance of the resources and the harmonization of the benefits among different departments. It is also the basic strength to adjust the strategic structure and even to dispose it at last. Through the Analysis of the platform style structure of EG and its control, found out the value of MC for collaboration of different subs and the effect for strategy structure (SS) tune. Further, the result of MC improvement under information system was got. MC is the inner power for EG to optimize the SS and the allocation of resources, also maintain the enterprises sustainable development under the guidance of across-the-board strategy.
