A Case Study on a Site Selection System for a 3C Chain Store in China

摘要：

Site selection is one of the most important decisions for a retailer. In this paper, based on a case study, a site selection system is presented to show how to evaluate a specific site for a 3C chain store in a determined city. This site selection system includes commercial environment evaluation, rental contract evaluation, competitor evaluation and sales evaluation.
