Performance Measures of Agile and Green Supply Chain Management

摘要：

Nowadays, the environment is filled with change and uncertainty, the supply chain should improve flexibility to counter the uncertainty in the decision parameters. Globalization results in both pressure and drivers for enterprises to improve their environmental performance. So an effective and efficient supply chain should pay much attention to green and agility performance, which we called agile and green supply chain management. This paper chose a set of indicators and developed a framework to promote a better understanding of the importance of supply chain management performance measurement and metrics, then introduced a method called grey relational analysis (GRA).
