Study on the Effect of New Electronic Government on Public Crisis Management

摘要：

Based on the discussion electronic government and public crisis management, the introduces the mobile phone message as a new kind of electronic government, and points out the vital effect that mobile phone message has in handling public crisis events. Taking the event that the surface of Jingguang bridge caved in as an example, the effect mobile phone messages in enhancing the governments ability and efficiency of handling public crisis events, forming public crisis event handling system with other ways as well as the advantages in saving cost, are analyzed.
