An E-Business Integrated Systematic Model Based on Knowledge Resource Management

This paper founds a kind of E-business integrated systematic model based on knowledge resource management. This set of systematic model reconstructs enterprise information flow, work flow, logistics flow and capital flow from customer relationship, enterprise inside and supply chain. Under this systematic model, enterprise internal process and external trade will be complete incorporated, it has embodied the customer-focused and the substance of end user to end user.
