Personalized Services for E-Commerce in China
The amount of information in the world is increasing far more quickly than humans ability to process it. Facing with overload problem, it is time for e- commerce enterprise to provide customer with personalized services, and realize one to one customer relationship management. But personalized service is developed in recent years, many question is not clear, for example, what kinds of personalized services there are, how personalized services is applied in China? The paper tries to answer the questions. In the paper, concept of personalized service is first introduced. A survey on personalized services and its applications in E-commerce are conducted. The most important personalized service, personalized recommendation in China is analyzed in detail. Finally, future research challenges are presented.
