The Influence of E-commerce on the Enterprise Value Chain
Nowadays, as the rapid development of the information technology and the influence of the network, due to the fierce competition of the market and the demand of business enterprise themselves, many traditional business enterprises are making use of the E-commerce to improve their competition ability and operation management level, and the application of the electronic commerce (E-commerce) will change their internal structure, decision-making, cooperation, control, etc.. The electronic commerce has brought great influence to the traditional enterprises. This article will analyze the influence of E-commerce on the R&D (research and development), purchase way, operating mode, marketing method and customer service from the perspective of the value chain. With the analysis of the influence of E-commerce on the traditional enterprises, we will realize the importance of the E-commerce, and make full use of the advantages of the E-commerce properly to enhance the comprehensive competition ability of the traditional enterprises.
