IT Service Management Model Based on ITIL for Universities

It is difficult to predict the information technique influences to the organizations development orientation in future. With IT service becoming a new rising point for profit and market hotspot, IT service management has increasingly developed to grandness. By conformity technology, system and actions, IT management enables the organizations successfully realize its strategic target. In view of the operation risk of IT service, this paper proposes IT service management model and designs IT service management frame based on ITIL for universities. By regarding the teachers and students as the center, focusing on quality management and risk control, reinforcing process flow, and making the optimum global practice based on ITIL, We hope IT service management to better apply in university, to enhance the management efficiency in university, to enable scientific configuring equipment, staves and process flow in university, to best reach resource configuration and service.
