Research on the Risk Management of IT Project

摘要：

Risk management is usually neglected in the management of IT software project. But the quality of risk management plays important role in the fulfillment of IT software project. This article mainly researches on the theories and methods of risk management identification, risk assessment, risk management tactics and risk control.
