A research on the Development of Corporate Strategy Based on Knowledge Innovation
As is known to all, knowledge innovation is becoming more and more important in the construction of corporate strategy. Knowledge innovation can improve the efficiency of enterprises to reach the target of corporate strategy. This paper describes the case of high-tech corporations in the field of Information and Communication Technology which is undergoing intense change in IBM. These corporations of IBM successfully introduced new products and services to the market through a spiraling knowledge integrating as a strategy aimed at creating new markets, which is proved to be true.
