How to Deal with the Risks of Drug Research and Development Project in Organization Management
This paper focuses on the risks existing in Drug research and development project. The concept of the virtual organization is introduced in the contract R&D organization in order to allocate resource in wider scope, realize the share of capital, talents, equipment and other resources, avoid various risks in the process of R&D and set up organization at less costs. This paper analyzes all the characteristics of the virtual contract R&D organization, and at the same time, points out that the trust risks should be paid attention to in the practice of virtual drug research and development.
