Research on Knowledge Transfer and Stock Based on the Trust among Cooperative Organizations
Mutual trust is the key to promote knowledge transfer, especially tacit Knowledge transfer and sharing among collaborative organizations. The paper analyzes the factors that result in the trust between organizations, and the influence of trust on cooperative organization. It studies knowledge flow and sharing based on mutual trust, and measures the knowledge stock of cooperative enterprise, then provide some mechanism of knowledge learning of cooperative organization.
