The Application of Purchasing Cost Reduction DSS based upon Incomplete Information Game Theory

摘要：

Purchasing Cost Reduction is the kernel function of an enterprises purchasing activities. How to set down the best optimal price directly influences whether an enterprise can achieve maximizing profit and completing achievement of cost reduction. Such a procedure virtually is also the game between enterprise and vendors, this paper will exert game theory of incomplete information to provide a thought for enterprise determining how to make up cost reduction extents in the negotiation of purchasing cost reduction, and briefly clarify the method combining game process with Decision Support System (DSS).
