Design of a Web2.0-based Knowledge Management System

摘要：

Knowledge Management System plays an important role in helping spread knowledge of individuals or groups across organizations in ways that directly affect performance. This paper attempts to bring the idea, technology, methods and applications of Web2.0 into the building of the KM system. Thus, a proposed Web2.0-based KM platform and five-layer architecture of the Group Wisdom Version 1.0KM system is described, and some strategies for the construction of the system are given.
