Research on the Sustainable Development Strategies of Human Resources Targeting Knowledge-based Staff

The core of knowledge management is to increase the organizational effect through production, storage, transition and application of knowledge. Integrated knowledge management is a procedure which makes staff, technological process and IT harmoniously and simultaneously. The communication of the valuable implicit knowledge lies in the inside motive of staff, which can be weakened by outside motive and cause over-flowing effect. The harmony and simultaneousness are only achieved when we establish appropriate environment, design scientific assignment and orientation and dislodge the intelligential obstacle of staff, which is the core of the strategies of sustainable development of human resources.
