Study of 6R Production Decision-making Based on WAA and CWAA Operators in Green Manufacture Management Information System
Due to the rapid development of knowledge and information technology (IT), business environments have become much more complicated. In order to cope with ensuing complications, enterprises ought to incessantly innovate; otherwise, it will be very difficult for them to survive in the marketplace. Management information system (MIS) emphasizes that decision-making should be supported by information. To adapt the need of modern enterprise management under new situation, establishing a highly effective, reliable computer network and a production MIS has increasingly become a symbol of modern enterprise. Green manufacture is a new kind of manufacture mode, and its production decision-making includes investment scheme decision-making, design scheme decision-making, technics programming decision- making, technics scheme decision-making, material consumption decision-making, job scheduling decision- making and waste product recycling decision-making. Firstly the article introduces, the above-mentioned decision-making process. Then put forward an uncertain multiple attribute group decision-making method based on WAA and CWAA operators and realize the fairness and rationality of decision-making. Considering that the priority of each decision-making differs, the article endows quotiety with different weight. At the same time, bring 6R model into decision-making process and calculate with CWAA operator. Finally achieve the best decision-making based on array sequence of 6R variables.
