An empirical Research on the facilitating factors Of the organizational learning
This article focuses on the facilitating factors of the organizational learning and classifies the facilitating factors into four types: organizational structure, organizational culture, management paradigm and leadership style. A survey was conducted to test the relationship between the facilitating factors and the level of the organizational learning. The empirical study supports the conclusion that the open organizational culture and the power- decentralized leadership style are important facilitating factors of the organizational learning.
