The key factors of enterprise knowledge management and determination of the reasons for this from the original corporate culture
Knowledge management is a new concept that has been created, for use in a market competition environment to help a company apply information technology and mine the companys historical knowledge base effectively. Regarding the present situation of Beijing manufacturing companies knowledge management as background and using firsthand investigational data as a foundation, we have analyzed the key factors that can affect companies implementation of knowledge management. Furthermore, we have studied the differences in using knowledge management between Chinese companies and western companies from the perspective of corporate culture.
