Software Project Management: How to Propel So As toPromote Chinese Software Enterprises Development?

摘要：

Based on the history, definition and wide utilization of software project management, we start with discussing the importance of software project management. Following combining the introduction of the general existing situations and the problems of software project management in China, we put forward some corresponding countermeasures and proposals in terms of the analysis of causes that result in the problems, so as to offer some instructions and references to many Chinese software enterprises for their development.
