The Dynamic analysis of Continuous Improvement of Business Processes

摘要：

The process of implementing Business process management (BPM) is dynamic and circular process which is composed of four stages, viz. initiation, restructuring, implementation and evaluation. The paper analyzes every stages of BMP with the method of System Dynamics (SD). Through analyzing the critical success factors and the main barrier factors in the BPM implementation and these factors interaction mechanism, it finds out the critical power and the main barriers that processes are continuously improved.
