A Study on the Incentives for College Teachers to Join E-Learning Programs
While networking technologies are the enablers for learning change; however, it is the teachers that play a crucial role for e-Learning programs to be effective on the college campus. For those teachers who participated in the e-Learning practices, have to bear burdens from teaching loads and research pressures, seldom get positive results from their efforts on the preparation of e-Learning materials and design. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to investigate the possible incentives for college teachers to join e-Learning programs, thus upgrading the quality of e-Learning programs.
