How to Improve ERP System Application Effect in Construction Enterprises
In this paper the writer analyses the ERP system application process in Construction enterprises and points out the problems that process exists. He brings up some methods to improve the ERP application effect in construction enterprises, that is: to improve the theory of its ERP system and its professionalism, improve the knowledge transfer service mechanism in ERP application, take various measures to reduce the costs of knowledge transfer service process, construction enterprises should improve their own learning enthusiasm and learning ability. Doing these, ERP application will actually improve enterprise management level and ability.
