Study on the Technology of the Poplar Plywood with Soy Adhesive

摘要：

In this paper the technology of the poplar plywood with soy adhesive is researched. The result shows that its properties can surpass the requirement of Chinese Standard for type Ⅱ plywood. Although it is almost same to compare the technology of the soy adhesive bounded poplar plywood with the technology of the UF adhesive bounded poplar plywood, the technical parameter is difference. It is clear that the higher the temperature of hot pressing is, the better the gluing strength of the plywood is in the testing scope. The better technical parameter of the plywood is that the temperature of hot-pressing is 160℃,the time of hot-pressing is 70sec/mm (panel thickness), the pressure is 1.4 MPa, the resin content of double area is 380g/m<2>.
