Study on Manufacture Technology of Bamboo Veneer
Bamboo veneer can widely be used as the overlaying material of furniture and wood-based panel. As well as, it can be used as interior decoration material. At present the methods of producing veneer have peeling, slicing, jointing, and so on. This article mainly introduces the technological process of the production and the key technologies of bamboo veneer by peeling of bamboo section, slicing of bamboo square and jointing of bamboo strips. At last, it compares and analyzes their advantages and disadvantages.
