A review on the marketized comparative advantages, the internal and externalcauses and the prospect of nongovernmental finance
On the review of all the available literatures of nongovernmental finance,the paper analyzes the current operation, the comparative advantages and the prospect of nongovernmental finance. The above analysis shows that at present nongovernmental finance in all features with sufficient supply and imbalanced development. While it has the advantages of marketized operation, self- incentive,subsidiary and mutual financing, it also bears the disadvantages of high interest rate and non-standardized operation. The causes of the survival and the fast development of nongovernmental finance are the ownership discrimination and the mechanism of self-choice. Hence, the paper suggests that the regulation toward nongovernmental investment should be lifted, the adjustment of investment structure should be encouraged, the innovation of nongovernmental financial institutions should be supported, an investment and financing network of nongovernmental finance should be built and a bridge to enable the demand and the supply of nongovernmental finance to match each other should be constructed.
