Application of New Surface Construction Methods and Technologies to Super-heavy oil Development In Xinjiang

Xinjiang oil field uses the novel ways for distributing the stations in the District No.9-7 and 9-8 heavy-oil oilfields surface development and construction, which can improve the heat efficiency and development effect of a single wells steam injection and the application of tank-in-tank skip bucket metering technology is successful as well. It is the first time in China that 48 wellsmetering block-steam station has been applied for heavy-oil oilfield development. The implementation of the new injection to production gathering process not only satisfies the productions requirements of the super heavy-oil exploitation but also gets good economic benefit. The article gives a detailed description about the surface matching technologies used in thesurface engineerings construction.
