The Study of the productive Cost Control with the Super heavy Oil
This paper presents the cost control principle and existing problems of super heavy oil in ShuYi Block. A few key points of operational cost control have been characterized in this paper. Conclusions and recommendations have been given on measures of cost control To control the operational cost of super heavy oil, low cost development should be undertaken as the main strategy. 1. To control the Steam Oil Ratio and increase the recovery factor by optimizing the reservoir development and management. 2. To reduce the energy consumption and enhance the production efficiency using new technology. 3. To continuously improve the management system and establish a control system of low cost development strategy. 4. To explore new ways of low-cost development for super-viscous oil. The following points should be conducted to reduce the operational cost of super heavy oil: optimizing the production capacity , controlling the electricity usage, optimizing the steam injection, Minimizing the fuel consumption , and phasing the investment.
