The Researching and Manufacturing Modified Color Asphalt Using Distillation form Karamay Heavy Crude Oil

The color asphalt is one of the key technologies of paving road,_Karamay Petrochemical Company of Petroleum China selects Karamay bitumen from naphthene base crude oil as basic bitumen component, which had produced excellent modified color asphalt. The serial model of color asphalt has many properties, such as bright color, good strength cementability and so on. We sent the same samples of color modified bitumen to Chang an University and tongji University to make evaluation. The evaluation result shows that the product has excellent low temperature force ductility, high resistance to low-temperature cracking, high resistance to fatigue cracking and good temper-viscosity relationship. The product has excellent low temperature force ductility and high resistance to aging. The property of color asphalt meet the requirement of modified asphalt road.
