Application of Reverse Engineering in the Product Design

摘要：

Reverse engineering gets more and more extensive application in now industry product design process. It is a kind of technique which uses point cloud data acquired from the model object surface, making designer born a substitute for already existing model object in computer. This paper discussed mainly Reverse Engineering processes in product design.
