Research of the Product Innovative Design Based On Data Mining Technology
Data mining technology is a new method of information analysis based on large - scale databases or data warehouses. With good results it has been widely used in many engineering fields. It has become an important research task in product design fields how to apply data mining technology in product design for improving the efficiency and success probability of product design, and shortening design period. In this paper the authors introduce the basic theory of data mining and mining arithmetic, and analyze its application necessity in product innovation design for resolving problems and improving deficiency existed in product design. Based on data mining technology, the applying flow of data mining technology in product design is presented, and a product design system model is also provided. Then each concrete module of this model is analyzed. And finally an available exploration for the data mining application in the product design has been made, and some valuable reference for further related research provided here.
