User-Centred Product Specification of Toursim Kiosks
This report is aimed at understanding of the factors that influence the design of IT products and systems and the implications for user-centred design, and contributing towards the familiarity with user- centred methods that appropriate to different design contexts. The topic is semi-open and the investigative area is a kiosk providing information about local facilities for use by tourists. The target users are tourists and the key user group is the tourists interested in modem electronic systems or the budget traveler, such as backpack.
