Study on Interactive Flexible Customization Design for Digital Product in Network Environment
In order to improve the satisfaction degree of customersindividual demands on products, the deficiencies of some design theories, for example the design for mass customization (DFMC), are analyzed and the conception of interactive flexible customization design (IFCD) supported the creative design is put forward. Then the method of IFCD is presented and the relation between DFMC and IFCD is discussed. Finally, the interactive flexible customization design for a mobile phone is given as a practical example.
