Man-Made Error and Human-Computer Interactive Design Research
We analyze mall-made error and discuss how to avoid it in human-computer interaction in this article to design human-computer interactive system which is more effective, exact and natural. Man-made error indicates mistake made by hmmn due to some factors restricted in the process of human-computer interaction. Error can be divided imo mistakes, slip, lapse and mode error according to information processing mode. We called the aim intention hasnt been correctly formed mistakes; Slip is a correct target wrongly executed; Lapse is related with the failure of memory; Mode will hppen when operator forger the suitable situation and apply unsuitable performance to the currently situation. We can sum up designjng rules and requests for displays and controls in interactive design by analyzing various man-made errors.
