In Chinas current rapid urbanization process, it is very important to shape a citys special image. The systematic design of public facilities is one of the ways to shape a citiesimage with the least investment and the most obvious effect. To design public facilities systematically, we should make an organic unity of the original scattered design and design all Public facilities for the entire city as a whole.
