Knitting cashmere yarns fineness unevenness forecast based on artificial neural network
The application situation of artificial neural network in the yarn quality predicting is introduced in the paper. According to the analysis of knitting cashmere yarns character and spinning principle, a neural network model is proposed based on a three- layer BP neural network. Cashmere yarns fineness unevenness forecast can be achieved by neural network under MATLABT. O environment. The error between predicted yarns fineness unevenness and the actual value is smaller. It shows that the artificial neural network which is trained is in good accuracy.
