Study on the spinning mechanism of siro-spun based on different drating multiples
This paper presented the spinning mechanism of siro- spun based on different drafting multiples. The dynamic balanced point of intersection of the two rovings was studied, and the influence factors of yarn twist, spinning tension, space of rovings and the different speed of outputed rovings on the balanced point were discussed. The equation of movement track of single yarn and its movement orderliness blow the point of intersection of the two rovings were developed. The relationship of twists between the single yarn and the composite yarn was analyzed, and the experimental results agree with those of in theory. The analysis and discussion will provide theory foundation for producing composite yarns.
