Development and characteristic research of knitted fabric made by Australian wool and bamboo fiber blended yarn
Based on research and analysis of bamboo fiber properties, different stitch fabrics with better wet permeability and healthy protection are developed. Compared with pure Australian wool knitted fabrics in some aspects, such as steam permeability, heat insulating ability, stiffness, drapability, dimensional stability and anti-pilling. In conclusion, knitted fabrics developed by Australian wool and bamboo fiber blended yarn have better property in above saying, so it could compensate wool shortcomings, such as serious milling power, fuzzing and pilling, bad wet permeability and dimensional stability.
