The effect of heat shrinkage rate of woven wool fabrics on the workmanship shrink of mens suit

摘要：

How to deal with the surplus is very important and tough in design and workmanship of mens suit. Workmanship shrink is an important way to deal with the surplus, and the measure of workmanship shrink mainly depends on the workmanship shrink rate of the fabrics. In the manufacturing process, we should check the rate of heat shrinkage of the fabrics which will be made into mens suit. However, for some reasons, we wont check the workmanship shrink rate. In this paper, lots of experiments find out that the relationship between the max workmanship shrink rate of the very part and the heat shrinkage rate of the wool fabrics and work out formula of the max workmanship shrink rate of the very part which technically helps and backs the manufacturing.
