Research on the dynamic membrane application in recycle of textile wastewater

Dynamic membrane (DM) has a fine application future because of the membrane foulingresistance and high permeate flux during filtration. DM is a new membrane precoated on support membrane. Compared with the support membrane, DM has a perfecter structure, fouling-resistance in its strongpoint, so it can maintain high permeate flux during filtration. During DM preparation and filtration, its performance could be influenced by the parameters and different working procedures. In the experiments, Kaolin is the DM material, porous ceramic membrane is the support membrane, the procedure flow is DM preparation, coagulation, DM filtration and Biological activated carbon (BAC) treatment, how the parameters and pretreatment influence the DM filtration performance has been studied, such as DM formation parameters, coagulation and so on, and at the aim of textile secondary effluent reuse, DM practical applications have been designed and also researched.
