Automation registering & inspecting system of the flat sereen printing machine based on machine vision

摘要：

An on-line auto registering & inspecting system based on machine vision for the flat screen printing machine has been designed to solve the problem that the control system cant inspect and adjust in real- time adjustment in the production. It adopts the special image processing DSP chip DM642 to perform the high-speed arithmetic of digital image inspectionand send the result of the process to the control system to perform the real-time inspectionand adjustment.
