Research of purple cashmere decoloration technology

It is introduced that the basic method of decoloring purple cashmere. The whiteness, strength and weight loss rate etc. of cashmere are affected by decoloring is explored. Compared with the oxidation bleaching, reduction decoloration, oxidation-reduction decoloration and hydrogen peroxide catalysis contact decoloration, hydrogen peroxide catalysis contact decoloration is the best. Optimal decoloration technology prescription and terms are confirmed by the single factor experimental and orthogonal design experiment. In addition, bleaching activator or surfactent SLS added can improve the whiteness of purple cashmere fiber and protect cashmere greatly from being damaged and crinkled during the production. The experimental results shows that FeSO <,4> concentration is 0.8~1.2g/L in the pretreatment process, temperature 50~65℃, processing time 60min, processing liquid pH=5. The consumption of the hydrogen peroxide solution (30%) is 20~30mL/L , the consumption of SLS 2~5g/L, the consumption of TAED 1~ 2g/L, bleaching liquid temperature 45~55℃, bleaching liquid pH=7~8, bleaching time 120min. In the de-iron process, the consumption of compound de-iron agent 20 ~40mL/L, processing temperature 40~50℃, processing time 30min.
