Study on SiO<,2> nano-sol in water-repellency and oil-repellency finishing of australia wool fabrics
The functional finishing of the textiles with sol-gel technique, a new technique, forms nanometer size metal oxides on the textiles and gives the textiles special functions. Nanometer SiO<,2> is prepared by us by sol-gel method in this paper, its granularity is analyzed and treats pure Australia wool fabrics, analyses systematically effects of a variety of factors to water-repellency and oil-repellency property, and test all sorts of wearability and got the best process route, the test results show that good effects are achieved.
