The technology of individual pattern-making of mens suit made of woven wool fabrics in the MTM system

The way of the Garment MTM enables to realize the individual and quick manufacture, whose core technology is to produce the individual pattern. It is relatively correct and wise to get the individual pattern by modifying the basic pattern. Because the characters of fabrics make influence in the Garment pattern and workmanship, it is necessary to consider characteristic parameter in the modifying process of the patterns. In this paper, we conclude a technology method from body information to digital pattern, and build the quick manufacturing mode of individual pattern. In the production of mens suit, the relationship pattern between the max workmanship shrink rate of the very part and the heat shrinkage rate of the wool fabrics be used for modifying the individual, and work out formula of the max workmanship shrink measure and the method of pattern- modification.
