Optimized Phase Current Waveforms for Torque Ripple Reduction of Switched Reluctance Motor Drive
The paper presented the developed simulation models of optimize phase current waveforms for the torque ripple reduction of the Switched Reluctance motor drive based on Matlab-Simulink platform. The system model, the given anticipant phase current model, the calculating the phase inductance and the phase inductance derivative model, the calculating the phase current model, and the calculating the phase torque model were described. The simulated results were also given. The simulated results have even the instructional significance for the implementation on hardware since the feasibility of the optimized phase current waveforms in the actual hardware implemented level was considered in the models.
