Study on Boundedness of PWM Systems

This paper presents a new method for modeling and analyzing a general class of Pulse-width-Modulated (PWM) systems. A model of Hybrid Dynamical Systems (HDS) is introduced to describe the PWM system. For the trajectorys boundedness of the above HDS, Some sufficient conditions are then proposed, which are weaker than the conditions that make the systems be stable in the sense of Lyapunov. In addition, a more general theorem about the boundedness of PWM system is given in this paper.
