Stabilization of Neutral Linear Time-varying Control Systems of Control with Multi-delay
In this paper, a positive definite quadratic form V-function via choosing the symmetric positive definite solution matrix of Riccati matrix differential equation is made up, and the equivalence problem of the neutral linear time-varying control systems of the control vector functions with the multi-delay and the linear time-varying control system without time-delay in the theory of stabilization is discussed by using Lyapunov stability equivalence method to be found by Liu Yongqing. Some sufficient condition are given for the equivalence problem of the neutral linear time-varying control systems of the control vectors with the multidelay and the linear time-varying control systems with- out time-delay in the theory of stabilization. And the estimate bounded of the time delays are obtained.
