Stabilization of Neutral Linear Time-varying Control Systems with Multi-delay
The equivalence problem of the neutral linear time-varying control system with the multi-delay and the linear time-varying control system without time-delays in the theory of stabilization is discussed. As Gao did before, we choose the symmetric positive definite solution of Riccati matrix diffrential equation, and make up a positive definite quadratic form V-function, and apply Lyapunov stability equivalence method to give out obtain the equivalence problem of the neutral linear time-varying control systems with the multi-delay and the linear time-varying control systems without time-delays in the theory of stabilization, and to obtain the estimate boundary formulae of time delay as well.
