The control Model of Money in Circulation
Every year the money of each district of a nation flows from one to another according to a proportion .The central bank plans to issue (or recall from )a certain amount of money to keep the money tend to a given stable distribution in each district.This paper constructs the mathematical model to describe the change law of money distribution of each district by regular Markov chains .It explores the conditions under which the money distribution may tend to the stable distribution and determines how much money the central bank should put in (or recall from ) the circulation.
