The Optimal Control of The Nonlinear Multi-stage Dynamic System in Batch Culture
According to the nonlinear three-stage dynamic system and the characteristic of the process in batch culture, this paper lets the initial state x0 and the terminal fermentation time tf be the control variables,and does the works as below: Firstly, discusses the properties of the system solution, such as the existence, uniqueness and the continuity with respect to the control variables; Secondly, lets the production intensity of 1,3-propanediol be the objective function, constructs the model of optimal control problem and proves its existence; Finally, constructs the optimization algorithm and gives the numerical results of the concrete application.
